American Carpet and Restoration Cleaning Services

Never replied to my voicemail asking for an estimate on tile and grout cleaning so I called Stanley Steemer who answer the phone promptly, sent out a crew right away. Would've liked to patronize a local business but how can I if they won't even return phone calls?

I had a great experience with ACRC on the job they did for me. ACRC respected me and treated me as a value customer even my job is a small case. In the first phone call, John patiently answered all the questions I have. Gave me the estimated quotation and also explained all the details. They came to do the job 2nd day, and very professional and great service. After almost a month, I lost my invoice and call them. They sent me the copy with any delay. I will continue to use this company and also recommend to anyone. This is one of the best company I have experience.

I first used American Carpet & Restoration in September of 2013. The technician was Josh. He did a fantastic job and I will only use ACRC in the future. Used them again in December of 2014. Another terrific job this time done by Vince & Joe.Original phone call I spoke with John. Very knowledgeable and professional. They have my business!

I called several times and it went to voicemail. I left my name , number and calling reason but never heard back from them. I even texted to that number and unfortunately never got a response back. I don't know what happened actually and how people is giving them 5 stars. It's ridiculous. Will not call them back again. I got another carpet cleaning service in that area and I am satisfied.
